中超聯賽首輪 ，广州此前深陷欠薪危機的城主廣州城將麵對上賽季黑馬長春亞泰 。廣州城5月31日才飛抵賽區海口 ，帅既赛区而對於首場比賽 ，全身主教練範加斯特表示 ，心专既然來了這裏 ，注于就全身心投入比賽，比赛不會去考慮其他的广州一些東西 。
範加斯特說 ：“整個備戰周期比較長 ，城主我們針對性的帅既赛区訓練是從本周開始 ，之前是全身以技戰術打磨為主 。”
談到欠薪的心专問題 ，範加斯特表示 ：“我們有一些新的注于球員來到，整個備戰期一直在努力找到適合我們的比赛人員打法 ，去灌輸給隊員 。广州既然已經來到賽區 ，大家就會全身心投入比賽 ，更多的是專注於賽場 ，而不是其他事情，我相信球隊已經作好了準備去戰鬥 。”
談到兩個外援，範加斯特表示：“吉列爾梅人現在還在巴西 ，卡爾多納已經回到國內，6月中旬應該可以結束隔離代表球隊上場 。”
隊員薑積泓表示 ：“今年隊裏很多年輕隊員 ，大家也很興奮 ，也很期待第一場中超比賽 。現在隊裏氛圍非常好 ，希望能打好開局 。”（搜狐體育 裴力）
