《通知》介紹道 ，社会设项社會足球指導員培訓體係建設項目包含撰寫培訓大綱、员培編寫培訓教材 、训体系建製作培訓課件 、目合製訂管理辦法 、足协征集足球指导作单製訂講師管理辦法 、公开建設考核題庫和開展人才培訓7大內容 。社会设项
項目期限為1年，员培預算經費40萬元。训体系建項目負責人應滿足具有高級專業技術職稱 ，目合並且至少具備中國足協比賽監督工作經曆5年等條件 。足协征集足球指导作单
