格林斯比鎮寫道 ：我們得知了前球員張恩華去世的悼念消息 ，我們感到非常悲痛 ，张恩這名前中國國家隊球員曾在2000年12月租借加盟 ，华非為球隊出場17次 ，常悲在這個悲傷的痛愿時刻 ，我們與張恩華的安息家人和朋友同在 。願你安息 。老东林
2000年11月至2001年4月張恩華曾被租借到英甲的家格格林斯比隊 ，他曾是比镇當時隊內薪水最高的球員 ，張恩華出場17次，发文打進3球 ，悼念2次當選全場最佳 ，幫助球隊成功保級 。
