The day has finally come. On Wednesday morning, Donald Trump departed the White House for the final time as president, and in an unexpected twist he left something behind: a note for incoming president Joe Biden.
In the days leading up to Biden's inauguration many speculated that Trump would not be following the longstanding tradition of writing a note for the incoming president. However, the White House confirmed that both Trump and VP Mike Pence left notes for Biden and Kamala Harris before leaving the White House on Wednesday.
The contents of Trump's note are not yet known, but the Twitter memes have already begun. There's always a chance that Trump had a last minute change of heart and decided to pen a genuine, pleasant note to the Bidens. But based off of everything we've seen from Trump these last four years the "note" could also just be his giant signature written in Sharpie on a blank piece of paper, an insult, or perhaps a repeat of his parting quote to the American people: "Have a good life."
People on Twitter quickly compiled a great selection of possible Trump departure note possibilities. Which do you think is the most accurate?

Here's hoping that someone eventually shares a photo of the note with the world. The American people deserve a little closure, as a treat.
