Welcome to New York, now home of the Taylor Swift Experience.
The small museum, dedicated entirely to the pop star, opens today, Nov. 18, in Manhattan's Seaport District. And it welcomed Mashable in for an early sneak peek.
True Swifties will geek out at every corner of the two-story exhibit, which features the pop icon's childhood memorabilia, handwritten song lyrics, clothes, awards, musical instruments and more.

Mashablemet with Nwaka Onwusa, the curator for the exhibit. She explained that she worked with Swift and her mom to get the items from her childhood.
"From the beginning, the process was with [Taylor's] mother Andrea and with [Taylor] as well. And I had a big wish list of things I wanted," Onwusa said. "Taylor and Andrea basically just went through and gave me the yays and nays...but it was a whole collaboration with them."

"I think my favorite thing is obviously her Grammy Award...it just ties in the whole purpose of why we're doing this exhibit... It's really just to celebrate her," Onwusa told Mashable. "I mean, she's a legend and she's only 26 years old. So I think that Grammy really sets it off to just show her success in the music industry, being recognized by one of the biggest brands you can ever by recognized by as a musician."

Tickets to view The Taylor Swift Experience are $9 and are available on Ticketmaster. The exhibit will be on display from Friday, Nov. 18 through Feb. 19, 2017, and then it will transfer to Cleveland, Mississippi.
