談到明天的阵容重让中比賽 ，卡納瓦羅表示 ：“我們明天將迎來這個階段的轮换第三場比賽，我也一直和球員說 ，每名能夠愉悅度過這段時間的卡纳最好藥物就是勝利。當然我們也清楚，瓦罗勝利不是阵容重让中你想要就能拿到或者一直擁有的 。輪換 、轮换包括球員的每名健康都很重要 ，但最重要的還是比賽質量 ，這是我一直強調的 。”
而對於輪換問題卡納瓦羅也十分重視 ，他表示 ：“我在來到這裏後第一天的發布會就說過 ，這階段最重要的就是輪換幅度。我告訴球員每個人都有機會 ，每個人都會踢 。這樣密集的賽事 ，大家來到這裏 ，我不希望球員沒有參與到當中 ，隻是每天下樓訓練 ，然後回到房裏打遊戲、看電影 ，去餐廳吃個飯 ，這樣沒有意義 。”
