北京時間4月20日 ，亞足聯表示 ，人亚人俱因報複踢人而被當值主裁出示紅牌逐場的足联廣州隊球員關浩津將麵臨3場停賽以及部分罰款的追罰。對此，罚对德轉朱藝表示 ，款针亞足聯的乐部罰款是針對球員本人而不是俱樂部 。
朱藝寫道：“罰款是不报針對球員本人而不是俱樂部的 。如果俱樂部不報銷 ，员掏那就是媒体本人掏錢，雖然不多但那也是人亚人俱錢 。”
當被問及如果球員拒絕繳納罰款 ，足联是罚对否影響他參加國內比賽 ，朱藝回答道 ：“根據亞足聯紀律準則，款针是乐部可以責令中國足協執行的 。”
