北京時間10月1日消息 ，曝转據西班牙媒體Relevo報道 ，迎重易费用上國際足球轉會市場將迎來重大改變 ，大改所有交易費用的变交5%將直接上交給國際足聯 。
根據報道 ，交国际足此前有銀行專門負責此事 ，曝转保證俱樂部可以收到培養費和交易所帶來的迎重易费用上費用 ，但目前法國法庭已經批準了由“國際足聯交易所”作為合法機構去收款 。大改
這就意味著球員交易市場所產生的变交費用將不再依靠俱樂部之間的協議 ，而是交国际足由官方機構負責 ，俱樂部能收到的曝转培養費等也將合法化。
