If you can't get through The Notebookwithout crying, reading about the De Langes will feel like a heart wrenching sequel.
Henry and Jeanette De Lange, who had been married for 63 years, passed away within 20 minutes of each other July 31 in Platte, South Dakota.

The couple is survived by their five children.
The couple shared a room in a nursing home when Jeanette, aged 87, passed away peacefully at 5:10 p.m.
Lee De Lange told KSFY what his brother Keith said to their father after their mother passed away.
"Dad, mom's gone to heaven. You don't have to fight anymore," Keith told his father. "If you wanna go too, you can."
Just a few minutes after his son's blessing, according to KSFY, Henry, aged 86, passed away at 5:30 p.m.
