It's time we start holding birds accountable for their actions.
On Monday, a peahen (a female peacock) walked into a Los Angeles-area liquor store and made its home there for 90 minutes, according to the Associated Press.

In a clip from the scene, bottle after bottle crashed to the ground as an animal control officer struggled to capture the bird.
They eventually caught the bird and released it back into the world. The store manager said the peahen racked up about $500 worth of damage.
“Yeah, he’s got expensive taste,” store manager Rani Ghanem told the AP. Fortunately for the reckless bird, the store won't send a bill.

Pour one out for all the bottles lost that day, and the person who had to clean up that mess afterward.
