麥尼昂出生於1995年7月3日，米兰门神出道於巴黎聖日耳曼青訓 。签约2015年夏天 ，至转麥尼昂加盟裏爾 ，官方6個賽季共為球隊出場180次 。米兰门神本賽季 ，签约麥尼昂剛剛幫助裏爾隊力壓巴黎聖日耳曼 ，至转奪得法甲聯賽冠軍 。官方
國家隊層麵 ，米兰门神麥尼昂幾乎入選過法國的签约所有梯隊 。從法國U16隊至法國U21隊 ，麥尼昂都有過出場記錄。2020年10月，麥尼昂完成了法國成年隊的首秀 ，也是代表法國隊的唯一一次出場 。此外，麥尼昂還入選了法國今夏的歐洲杯26人大名單 。
