北京時間1月19日 ，两支联杯亞足聯官方發布公告 ，缅甸兩支來自緬甸的球队球隊 ，撣邦聯和漢薩瓦迪連隊將分別退出2022年亞冠聯賽和亞足聯杯比賽 。分别目前 ，退出此事的年亚具體事項被交由相關委員會處理 ，並將宣布相關決定 。比赛
