近幾年,為了更好地陪伴自己的孩子,黃奕也放棄了很多,她減少了自己拍戲的頻率,一門心思地陪著女兒,力求給孩子最好的教育 。這些努力也初見成果,范足我們也看到黃奕女兒黃芊玲從一個小萌娃,變成了一個擁有繪畫 、體操 、黄奕架子鼓、女儿遊泳等多種才藝 、长城超模氣質優雅的走秀小少女 。
