《世界體育報》表示，拉莫黎执拉莫斯身邊的斯正人士告知他們，巴黎不會終止與拉莫斯的处于惩合同 ，並且在任何時候都不會出現這種狀況 。保护被严球員的期巴合同 、法國方麵的意解约法律 ，使得巴黎無法與拉莫斯解約 。西媒如果巴黎一意孤行 ，除了要賠付違約金外，俱樂部還會遭到嚴厲的製裁，其中就包括在連續兩個完整的注冊期內 ，俱樂部被禁止在國內和國際賽事注冊新球員。
《世界體育報》指出 ，根據國際足聯的相關規定，拉莫斯正處於保護期中。拉莫斯與巴黎簽訂的是一份為期兩年的合同，而合同的前三年 ，即為合同保護期。另根據相關條例：“在任何情況下，終止合同的一方都有支付賠償金的義務 ，具體賠償金額以規定為準。除非合同中另有規定，否則將考慮國家立法 、運動特點和其它客觀標準 ，來進行計算賠償金額 。”
