北京時間4月14日 ，官方国际據亞足聯官網消息 ，体育CAS（國際體育仲裁法庭）駁回了山東魯能亞冠上訴 。仲裁
公告稱寫到：“亞冠準入機構已裁定 ，法庭山東魯能俱樂部（公告中沿用舊俱樂部名）不符合2016年發布的上诉《亞足聯俱樂部許可條例》中關於逾期應付款項的強製性準則F.04 。因此俱樂部不應獲得許可 。确定”
“已撤銷山東魯能足球俱樂部參加2021年亞冠聯賽的无缘許可 ，且該俱樂部不符合亞足聯俱樂部許可條例》中第7.3.4和7.3.5條規定 。亚冠”
