14.手上抹油,將冷卻的丸子捏成比較規則的圓柱狀;
15.先滾上一層幹麵粉,並抖掉多餘的麵粉;
16.再粘上一層全蛋液;
17.最後放進麵包屑中,晃動容器 ,均勻沾裹上一層麵包屑;
18.裹好後的丸子靜置20分鍾,讓麵包屑牢牢粘在丸子上;
19.起油鍋 ,至油溫6、7成熱時,下入丸子;
20.炸至表麵金黃酥脆,撈出瀝油;
21.放在吸油紙上 ,吸吸多餘的油脂 ,裝盤上桌——
