瑞士草蜢俱樂部在官方公告中寫道 ：“在周三的收肌撕裂伤缺赛訓練中 ，李磊因為右內收肌受傷離場。周无經過核磁共振檢查 ，后两李磊右內收肌肌肉撕裂 ，场强預計將缺陣四周左右，官方他也將錯過3月中國國家隊的李磊世界杯預選賽 。草蜢祝願李磊早日康複重回賽場 ！右内缘最”
此前國足公布的收肌撕裂伤缺赛集訓名單中，並沒有招入西班牙人球員武磊 ，周无這樣一來李磊就成為了隊中唯一一名留洋球員 。后两不過此番受傷 ，场强國足在最後兩輪比賽中 ，官方也隻能以國內聯賽球員出戰了 。
在受傷之後，李磊也在個人社交平台上 ，曬出了“肖申克的救贖”海報 ，並配文勉勵自己 ，李磊寫道 ：“讓你難過的事情 ，有一天 ，你一定會笑著說出來 。”
李磊自加盟瑞士草蜢俱樂部後，成為了球隊主力輪換球員，經常在比賽中替補出場 ，值得一提的是，在瑞士超級聯賽第24輪比賽草蜢對陣盧加諾的比賽中 ，李磊首次首發登場 ，並打滿全場 ，不過最終草蜢1-2不敵對手 。（DD）
