北京時間4月1日消息，联降级據足球報報道，赛升今天的规则上海會議 ，職業聯盟將會就中超的中甲賽程賽製進行具體發布 ，眾所周知 ，前升中超將在廣州賽區和蘇州賽區進行 ，超中超分成三個階段 。联降级三級聯賽具體升降級規則為 ：
2021賽季中甲1-2名直接升入中超；2021賽季中超15-16名與中甲3-4名打附加賽 ，赛升勝者衝超 ，规则敗者進入中甲 。中甲
2021賽季中乙1-2名直接升入中甲；2021賽季中甲17-18名與中乙3-4名打附加賽 ，前升勝者進入中甲 ，超中超敗者進入中乙 。联降级
2021賽季中乙23-24名直接降入中冠；2021賽季中冠1-4名直接升入中乙；2021賽季中乙21-22名與中冠5-6名打附加賽，赛升勝者進入中乙 ，规则敗者進入中冠 。
2021賽季 ：中超16隊 、中甲18隊 、中乙24隊
2022賽季 ：中超18隊 、中甲18隊 ，中乙24隊
