How do you measure? Measure an election?
In tantrums? In fake news? In tears? In threats and tweet storms? No. Everyone knows you measure an election by counting votes, but unfortunately for President Donald Trump, the votes that were cast in the 2020 presidential election didn't fall in his favor.
Joe Biden received millions more votes than Trump did in the Nov. election, and the former vice president also won six key swing states including Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Georgia. As a result, Trump has been trying every trick in the book to change the outcome of the election, and he even stooped so low as to pressure Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger in a dubious hour-long phone call.
On Sunday, theWashington Postpublisheda leaked recording of the call between Trump and Raffensperger. Upon review, a number of standout, concerning quotes can be heard spilling out of Trump's mouth. But one especially memorable line is when he says, "All I want to do is this: I just want to find 11,780 votes."
The line clearly stood out to The Gregory Brothers — a comedic musical quartet that specializes in song parodies and runs the Schmoyoho YouTube channel — who put their own creative spin on Trump's words. They set select audio clips of the Trump recording to the tune of "Seasons of Love" from the popular 1996 musical, Rent, and created quite a jam.

It's beautiful. It's inspiring. It's a tune that will surely go down in American history.
Perhaps once Trump leaves the White House he can take an entire election-themed Rentparody on the road.
You can hear the full parody below, but be warned: It's catchy as hell.
