北京時間9月27日消息，足協發布通知，时转將於2021年9月29日至2021年10月12日開啟足協杯臨時轉會窗口 ，不排給被國家隊征調了球員 、除存實力受損的危机俱樂部補充球員的機會。
值得一提的乐部是 ，該窗口交易的谈临球員，隻能用在今年足協杯上 ，时转而不能用在12月的不排聯賽中 ，因此在這個窗口交易的除存球員，是危机不能代表新球隊參加聯賽的 。短期租借的乐部球員 ，也不能再回到原球隊打12月份的谈临聯賽 ，在這個窗口轉會加盟新球隊的时转球員 ，隻有在2022賽季才能代表新球隊打中超聯賽 。不排
對此 ，足球報記者李璿也談到了自己的看法 ，她寫道 ：“我昨天在各家俱樂部了解了一圈 ，基本確定不會有花大錢買人的 ，但也不完全排除一些存在危機俱樂部的球員借此轉會到具備引援條件的安全俱樂部 ，寧可犧牲12月聯賽參賽權 。”
