Taylor Swift took the stand Thursday in the civil trial where she is accusing radio host David Mueller of groping her at a meet-and-greet session before a 2013 performance in Denver.。
The singer's countersuit alleges that the former KYGO-FM host reached underneath her skirt and grabbed her rear end while the two were taking a photo with Mueller's girlfriend. It is a response to the original suit brought by Mueller, where he accused her of defamation after she brought the situation to light.。
At the witness stand, Swift reiterated her claims, stating that it was "a grab. A definite grab." 。
Per the AP, she also stated that after the incident, she got as far away from Mueller as quick as she could without disrupting the event and cluing in other attendees.。

In an office across the street from the Denver courthouse, Swift fans took a clear stance, showing their support for the singer with a pointed display of Post-It notes:。

Mueller originally sued Swift and members of her team in 2015, seeking $3 million in damages after he was fired as a result of the incident. (KYGO vice president Robert Call confirmed during the trial that the groping allegation was the reason Mueller was fired.) 。
Swift then countersued, declaring that any money she received from the lawsuit would be "dedicated to protecting women from similar acts of sexual assault and personal disregard." 。 At the time of writing, Swift's publicist could not be reached for comment on Thursday's proceedings.。At the time of writing, Swift's publicist could not be reached for comment on Thursday's proceedings.。
