2018年的跟队格雷夏天，格雷茨卡以自由身加盟了拜仁 ，拜仁他與拜仁簽訂了一份到2022年夏天到期的续约薪万合同 。加盟拜仁後，达协格雷茨卡逐漸成為了球隊的议年主力球員，他與基米希也成為了拜仁中場的跟队格雷主力搭檔 。
格雷茨卡與拜仁的拜仁合同雖然在明夏到期，但是续约薪万拜仁已經開始與其就續約進行談判 。而來自拜仁跟隊記者法爾克的达协消息稱 ，拜仁方麵已經與格雷茨卡達成了續約協議，议年現在雖然還沒有官方消息 ，但是談判的結果非常積極 。
與此同時 ，德國媒體《sport1》記者普萊滕伯格也給出了同樣的報道 ，他也表示拜仁與格雷茨卡就續約基本達成一致意見 。根據此前媒體的報道 ，格雷茨卡與基米希一樣也會續約到2026年 ，而他的續約年薪高達1500萬歐元。
