But it's also full of benefits, according to the spa's directors, Anita and Kavita Kumar. Kavita says infant hydrotherapy benefits "range from improved sleep quality, reduced discomfort from colic, wind, constipation and reflux while regular visits can benefit the cardiovascular and respiratory systems."

"The hydrotherapy and baby massage treatments allow parents to better understand their baby’'s cues, building more confidence in first-time parents," she says.
Increased lung capacity and muscle growth are also listed on the company's website as among the benefits.
