許家印在會上強調 ，许家续做校校恒大要繼續堅定不移做好足球 ，印恒亚军下一步宗旨是大继董事紮紮實實為中國足球發展和崛起盡心盡力做貢獻 。要按照集團“要把恒大足球學校打造成為中國足球明星的好足搖籃 ，廣州隊要做好搖籃平台”的球足要求 ，打通從足校到俱樂部的长王出任长人才培養之路，切實做到“足球從娃娃抓起” ，许家续做校校一批一批地輸送優秀青少年人才，印恒亚军走出一條俱樂部和足校自我造血、大继董事良性循環的新路子 ，為振興中國足球貢獻力量
