4.鍋底放適量冰糖或白糖 ,我用的豆糖是白糖,放了炒菜用的勺子的那麽一大勺。再放入同等比例的水 ,小火熬製到起大泡 ,基本就好了。一定要注意火候 。我剛開始熬了會 ,用來試糖的那兩串 ,就不是很成功,糖發白 ,就是沒熬好 ,等熬到變黃發焦基本就好了。
5.將熬好的糖漿澆到山藥豆串上 ,放到粘了涼水的盤裏晾涼就可以吃了。如果糖冷了,再加熱到融化就好了 。
6.其實糖葫蘆用紅糖熬製也是一樣的,隻不過顏色上可能有些深就是了 。總結了一下 ,基本成功 ,有待進一步提高,嘻嘻。
