Unicorn food trends havejust about reached rosé levels of annoying, but there's one more surprising addition to the roster.
And that addition is unicorn ramen with blue broth.
SEE ALSO:This ramen joint is an introverted foodie's paradiseBlue ramen in Japan is savory, beautiful and absolutely cerulean, reports Rocket News 24.
The beautiful bowl of springy noodles is served at served at Tokyo's Kipposhi restaurant. The broth's vibrant hue comes from the same spirulina algae that turns those blue lattes their signature shade.
The bowl comes with greens, a salted egg and roast chicken in place of the traditional chashu (roasted pork). Surprisingly, this isn't even the first time spirulina ramen has hit Japan.
And, as hard as it is to get onboard with yet another unicorn food, this bowl of ramen looks delicious, pastel colored and like something that couldn't even be real.
If that's not a unicorn food, nothing is.
