北京時間8月26日消息 ，国资广州據足球報報道 ，开始第一財經網消息稱 ，接手恒大集團正計劃將一部分職能部門和雇員從深圳調往廣州辦公 ，项目相關準備工作已經啟動 ，番禺涉及遷回人員的大球名單已於25日從各部門上報到集團 。
知情人士透露 ，场已城投恒大高層和一些核心部門搬到廣州辦公 ，国资广州主要是开始考慮到未來一段時間裏 ，方便與廣東省相關部門的接手工作對接 ，“畢竟現在一些工作人員每天都需要往廣州國資部門跑” 。项目
據該媒體獲悉，番禺以廣州城投 、大球越秀等為代表的场已城投國資已經開始接手恒大的一些項目 ，比如恒大位於廣州番禺的国资广州大球場以及配套公寓已作價賣給了廣州城投。另有消息顯示 ，越秀已出手接盤了恒大位於香港的總部大樓 。
