The rapper stopped by Hot 97 radio station to promote his latest project, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight. He told hosts that he would be serving as executive producer to the next GOOD Music compilation album, and that folks could expect to see it early next year.
"I would say we have a lot of songs done," the rapper said in a video posted to Hot97's Twitter. Scott explained that only a handful of those songs have been picked for the album.
"We just have to sit down and lock in all the way. Every GOOD Music artist is involved," Scott repeated several times.
He described the collaborative project as "very youthful and straight to the point."
The album's first single "Champions," which features Gucci Mane, Big Sean, 2 Chainz and more was released on June 3.
