北京時間8月22日 ，中国足协中國足協在皇冠假日酒店舉行媒體溝通會 ，李铁全麵介紹國足備戰12強賽的合同相關情況 。國管部部長陳永亮 、签约國足主帥李鐵和領隊張賀出席通氣會 。到年
陳永亮介紹了與主教練李鐵的中国足协合同問題 ，陳永亮表示 ：“跟李鐵工作團隊簽訂的李铁合同是到2026年 ，到下一屆世界杯的合同工作合同 ，這一方麵是签约為了中國足球長期的穩定發展 ，第二也是到年基於對李鐵團隊的信任。經曆了40強賽，中国足协不管球隊的李铁技戰術打法 ，球員在場上的合同表現 ，應該說 ，签约教練團隊大家有目共睹 ，到年對於教練員的能力 ，有了進一步的認識 。這也是協會領導對於李鐵團隊的認可 。”
對於在合同期間出現問題，如何解決的問題 ，陳永亮表示 ：“不管男足國家隊 ，還是其他年齡段梯隊 ，都會有年度評估 ，成績不是唯一的標準 。還包括團隊建設，熱身賽 ，友誼賽等等具體表現 ，隊員的精神狀態 ，還有整個隊伍是否能夠形成穩定的技戰術打法 。”（搜狐體育 裴力）
