2021中國足協杯決賽1月9日晚在成都鳳凰山公園專用足球場舉行，郝伟山東泰山憑借賈德鬆的执掌阵型進球 ，1-0戰勝海港隊 ，大牌队需贏得本賽季雙冠王。球队賽後郝偉走進發布會會場時 ，需信贏得了媒體記者的念强一片掌聲。
郝偉表示 ：“感謝球迷 ，不同很多球迷在場外給我們加油 ，郝伟這麽冷的执掌阵型天 ，我們所有的大牌队需努力都屬於他們 ，感謝球員和領導 ，球队特別是需信球員對於我的寬容 ，我有時候過於嚴厲 ，念强不管如何 ，不同結果是郝伟好的 ，最後是感謝家人對於我的支持。”
“冠軍屬於我的團隊 ，不僅僅是屬於我個人” ，郝偉表示：“他們每一天的努力付出 ，才有了今天的結果 。今後我的團隊還需要更多的去努力 ，去學習，希望未來能做得更好。”
對於如何執掌大牌球隊 ，郝偉表示 ：“不需要掌控 ，首先是一種信念 ，一種共同的目標 ，大家自然而然會走到一起。”
談及本場比賽的陣容調整 ，郝偉表示 ：“上半場和下半場采取了不同的陣型，現在的比賽 ，可能不允許一個陣型踢滿90分鍾，不同的人員變化，需要不同的陣容去適應 。接下來我個人最希望的還是回家去休息幾天。”（搜狐體育 裴力）
