北京時間9月12日，中国组完执法據記者馬德興報道 ，裁判成强参加受亞足聯委派，赛执以傅明為首的亚冠中國裁判組在完成了9月7日於多哈進行伊拉克隊主場對陣伊朗隊的比賽之後，就直接從多哈來到了迪拜 ，工作準備參加亞冠聯賽的中国组完执法執法工作。本來，裁判成强参加這場比賽應該在伊朗的赛执德黑蘭進行 ，但由於沙特與伊朗之間的亚冠外交關係 ，加上電視轉播的工作需求，亞足聯要求埃斯特格拉爾隊的中国组完执法主場比賽必須在中立地進行 。埃隊最終選擇了阿聯酋迪拜的裁判成强参加紮比爾體育場作為主場 。
與“兩伊”國家隊之間的赛执比賽由馬寧擔任主裁判不同，此番伊沙俱樂部之間的亚冠比賽將由傅明擔任主裁判，兩名助理裁判還是工作施翔 、曹奕。而張雷則將擔任第四官員 。因亞冠聯賽1/8決賽將不引進VAR技術，因而暫時還不需要視頻助理裁判 ，所以馬寧將作為候補 ，不會參與本場比賽的執法工作。
