卡塔爾世界杯亞洲區預選賽十二強賽已經結束了3輪賽事 ，均上沙特阿拉伯兩個主場分別湧入了8331和5218名觀眾 ，座人足面平均上座人數為6775人 ，跑群排名本屆十二強賽各個主場第一名 。雄国沙特隊主場對陣中國隊的临考比賽 ，將於當地時間10月12日在吉達舉行 。强赛這也將是沙特数领十二強賽中國隊首次在有觀眾的球場作賽 。
北京時間10月13日淩晨1點 ，队主12強賽第四輪 ，场平中國隊將做客挑戰此前三戰全勝的均上強敵沙特隊 。
