All this talk about Beauty and the Beasthas taken away from the true fairytale of our time: Chip and Joanna Gaines.
HGTV's redesign darlings have become relationship goals, family goals and house goals over and over again across four seasons of their hit showFixer Upper.

Gaines-fever, if you will. It's a problem that now, fortunately, has a solution: Fixer Upper: Behind the Design. A big, bright, beautiful spinoff.
Joanna posted to her Instagram announcing that the show is currently in the works:
Fun news!! Watch #behindthedesign sneak peek Tuesday 3/28 at 10p CST #sniupfront
She says that they're doing the show because they get "a lot of questions about how they get from point A to Z," when designing a house. Behind the Designwill go into greater detail about how and why they make the decisions they do.
Chip also contributes to the announcement by quipping "it's amazing how fast these seasons go," and generally looking like a smiling Dennis Quaid.
So by focusing more on the design process it sounds like we're going to be seeing a lot more of Joanna and what goes on inside her brain-- in fact, she's being billed as the star of the show, though it's probably safe to assume Chip is going to wander in eating some, uh, chips. Or whatever it is handsome carpenter husbands eat.
A sneak peek of Behind the Designwill air after the Fixer UpperSeason 4 finale on March 28.
