2022賽季女超聯賽在眾多期盼中拉開帷幕 ，陈婉休賽期許多隊伍都對陣容做出了不同程度的婷谈調整 。幾支球隊的女超主教練位置也發生了變化 ，江蘇女足便是执教其中之一 。曾經執教中國U16女足國家隊的首秀陳婉婷指導 ，新賽季出任女超江蘇女足主教練 。没想在首輪戰罷的过打女超聯賽中 ，陳婉婷指導帶領江蘇女足3-1戰勝四川女足。检讨江蘇女足新賽季依舊主打青春風暴，陈婉首發陣容平均年齡幾乎是婷谈女超第一輪所有隊伍中最年輕的一支 。
對於第一場比賽的女超取勝 ，陳婉婷指導也肯定了隊員的执教表現 ，同時今天的首秀訓練課中重點對於比賽中出現的問題進行了針對性訓練 。新賽季首場比賽取得開門紅 ，没想令全隊上下氣氛比較輕鬆 。过打而這一場比賽，也是陳婉婷指導的女超聯賽“首秀” 。當記者問到這個問題之時 ，陳指導也非常謙遜的表達了自己對於“首秀”的評價 。
第二輪比賽 ，陳婉婷指導和年輕的江蘇女足將迎來北京女足 。首輪比賽 ，北京女足1-1戰平了老牌勁旅上海女足，也讓陳婉婷指導和隊伍上下做好了充足的準備 ，迎接之後的挑戰 。
