42支隊伍根據上一屆賽事排名分為11個小組（西亞區6個小組 ，日进日本東亞區5個小組） ，行中共同爭奪15個正賽席位。国队
中國隊與日本隊 、马西馬來西亞隊和緬甸隊同在東亞區第二檔 。甸第档
預選賽將於2021年10月23日-31日在巴林 、亚预赛亚缅約旦 、抽签科威特 、日进日本卡塔爾、行中塔吉克斯坦 、国队阿聯酋以及中國台北 、马西印度尼西亞 、甸第档蒙古和新加坡舉行 。亚预赛亚缅
