最近幾天 ，深足声心關於深足欠薪的欠薪相關新聞成為了中國足壇的熱點事件 ，更有消息表示，焦点浚发己深足隊中的人物新晉國腳戴偉浚已經向中國足協提起了仲裁 。今天 ，戴伟断挑戴偉浚在個人社交媒體上也發聲 ，无旁骛表明了了自己對於當下困境的战自態度：心無旁騖 ，不斷挑戰自己 。深足声心
目前戴偉浚正在海口隨國足備戰12強賽最後兩戰，欠薪可以說 ，焦点浚发己他是人物深足從英超狼隊淘到的寶 ，年薪僅為130萬人民幣 ，戴伟断挑性價比超高 ，无旁骛然後在遭遇持續的战自欠薪之後 ，戴偉浚早前已經委托自己的深足声心律師給俱樂部發函 ，並向中國足協申請仲裁 。
此前 ，深足俱樂部已經隊內通知球員可自行商談轉會事宜 ，希望用這個辦法來解決隊內薪資問題 。球隊已經通知放假中的球員 ：國內轉會窗口即將開啟 ，俱樂部本著對大家負責的態度 ，開啟球員的轉會 、租借事宜，如有球員想轉會或者租借到其他球隊，可以跟隊裏報備 ，俱樂部會有專人對接相關事宜 。
此前 ，有傳聞稱戴偉浚可能通過仲裁的方式恢複自由身 ，進而尋求轉會到中超其他球隊 ，但截至目前 ，仲裁並無結果 ，戴偉浚本人仍與深足有約在身 。深足方麵也並沒有接到其他俱樂部有關引進他的申請。而對於仲裁這一方式的效果 ，也有媒體人表示並不樂觀 ：戴偉浚早就去中國足協仲裁自由身了 ，具體時間應該是在他與某隊傳出緋聞不久 。理由就是俱樂部欠薪超過三個月 。但目前中國足協仲裁委收到的相關類似仲裁非常之多，類似情況都還沒有具體處理 。
