2021年年底 ，国足中國足球一片蕭條 ，主场中超除了國家隊在12強賽戰績不佳外，无定國內的论已联赛中超聯賽也危機四伏 ，據《北京青年隊》透露，影响因為國足12強賽的不少主場問題還沒有定論 ，所以下階段的球队欠薪聯賽有可能延遲開打 。
此前，仍存足協給出的国足第二階段聯賽時間表是從今年12月1日到明年1月3日 ，期間將進行最後8輪比賽。主场中超然而 ，无定目前國足11月份的论已联赛主場比賽還沒有落實，如果仍需要在海外進行 ，影响那麽屆時國腳們回來後受到隔離等影響 ，不少比賽時間肯定會有所延遲 。球队欠薪
與此同時，中超多隊也麵臨著生存危機 ，據《足球報》透露 ，除了目前麵對困境的廣州隊之外 ，還有像河北隊的危機也是仍未解除，俱樂部的股權改革依舊是一大問題 ，雖然球隊已經集結備戰足協杯 ，但多名一線隊的主力球員都暫時沒有回來。
還有不少球隊仍存在不同程度的欠薪情況 ，因此未來的賽程安排怎麽樣 ，會不會真的有球隊中途退出 ，一切都是未知之數 。
