濟南賽區的杯济比賽將在10月13日至19日進行 。其中，南赛第一輪比賽將於13日 、区赛14日開戰，程确出战分別是定山东及队日廣州隊vs青島青春鳥（13日15點30） 、山東泰山vs南通支雲（13日晚19點30） 、广州武漢隊vs丹東騰躍（14日15點30）以及青島隊vs昆山FC（14日19點30） 。足协
第二輪比賽將於18日與19日進行 ，由第一輪勝出的4支球隊進行兩兩對賽 ，勝者進入八強。
另外 ，由於疫情的原因 ，濟南賽區的這兩輪比賽暫不會對球迷開放
