北京時間4月4日消息，江队甲投據博主“浙江足球情報小組”透露，已超因由於浙江隊此前按照中超標準進行引援備戰 ，过中卻最終無緣升超，资帽中超如今俱樂部的限制投入已經超過了中甲投資帽的限製 。
“浙江足球情報小組”寫道 ：“由於之前替補的前按事一直懸而未決 ，綠城這邊的标准备战備戰工作已經按照中超標準進行 ，所以綠城現階段的江队甲投投資帽已經超過了中甲的投資帽 ，綠城現階段抓緊繼續引援的已超因同時將會科學化的優化本隊薪資投入等 ，進而能夠滿足中甲投資標準 。过中”
足協在去年公布了2021-2023賽季中甲聯賽俱樂部財務約定指標 ，资帽中超要求中甲各俱樂部單個財政年度總支出不得超過2億元人民幣 ，限制一線隊國內球員單賽季個人薪酬稅前不得超過300萬元人民幣 ，前按外籍球員單賽季個人薪酬不得超過稅前150萬歐元 。标准备战
