近日，黄健在一檔視頻節目中 ，翔中学日黃健翔 、国足聶衛平 、球该请日鄧亞萍等體育界知名人士談到了“中國足球要想世界杯出線 ，本聂本主不过該不該向日本學習？卫平”的話題 。黃健翔認為 ，帅估中國足球就應該開始學日本，计通但是黄健說服工作好像很難展開；聶衛平直言學體係行 ，請日本教練肯定接受不了 。翔中学日
黃健翔首先談到 ：“中國一些好的国足體育項目 ，好像都是球该请日從模仿日本 、學日本開始的本聂本主不过，包括請日教練來 ，卫平比如說女排請大鬆博文 ，帅估然後開始起來的 。現在我在想，中國足球一開始學匈牙利是不是學錯了 。當然那時候日本足球太差 ，一直被我們踩著 ，所以那時候不可能學日本，所以足球沒有機會學日本 ，現在學日本呢？得說服中國足球界 ，別看歐洲看南美了 ，就老老實實學日本就行了 ，但是說服工作好像很難展開 。”
聶衛平表示讚同 ，“你要讓中國足球學日本 ，請日本的足球教練 ，估計在中國通不過。”黃健翔補充表示 ：“但實際上 ，咱們別費勁了 ，就學日本 ，包括人家整個足球的體係 ，你就能行 。”聶衛平表示“學體係行 ，但請日本教練員保證受不了。”
黃健翔繼續說道 ：“人家日本足球 ，80年代末，90年代初，他從企業隊轉到職業隊 ，請了好多中國球員，遲尚斌 ，沈祥福 ，楊朝暉 ，高升 ，而且企業隊裏麵給他們很高的地位 ，很尊重他們 ，包括待遇 ，你看 ，咱們圍棋學日本 ，不就把他拍下去了嗎 ？足球學日本 ，學個20年 ，足球能拍日本 ，就能保證世界杯回回出線 。而且保不齊隔一回放一個衛星進一個複賽 。”
