著名的足球媒體《goal》援引加泰媒體的消息稱 ，巴薩正在考慮用格列茲曼與馬競的账或薩烏爾進行交換。一旦交換成功，用格约梅此舉將會大幅度的交换伎俩緩解巴薩的財務問題 ，這與去年夏天巴薩用阿圖爾與皮亞尼奇交換交易的萨乌作用類似 。
巴薩正在與梅西就續約進行談判 ，可续而與梅西續約的巴萨前提是降低其他球員的工資，另外還需要為梅西的账或續約騰出一些資金預算 。而來自加泰媒體的用格约梅報道稱 ，巴薩高層目前有了一個想法，交换伎俩用格列茲曼與馬競的萨乌薩烏爾進行交換 。
雖然球員交換後 ，可续工資支出很難出現大幅度的巴萨下滑 ，但是账或兩人的交換卻可以緩解巴薩的財務危機 。原因是用格约梅 ，一名球員如果被賣掉 ，賣人的費用可以全部計入到當年的收入中 。而買人的話，此人的轉會費會進行分攤，合計到每年的費用是總的轉會費與球員簽約年的比值 。
需要指出的是 ，在去年的夏天 ，巴薩與尤文就曾經來了一次阿圖爾與皮亞尼奇的交換，而當時巴薩以7200萬歐元將阿圖爾賣到尤文 ，然後6000萬歐元簽下皮亞尼奇 ，皮亞尼奇與巴薩簽約4年 ，每年的均攤費用為1500萬歐元 ，而收入7200萬歐元減去1500萬歐元 ，意味著在賬麵上看，巴薩實現了5700萬歐元的盈餘 。
