缺席的否归外援基本以巴西籍外援為主 ，除了個別巴西外援 ，中超比如巴普蒂斯唐因為有西班牙護照 ，他已經從巴西飛往西班牙 ，在西班牙結束隔離後大概率辦妥入境中國的手續 ，其他巴西外援前來中國恐怕遙遙無期 。
巴西疫情幾乎失控 ，在這種情況下 ，這些巴西外援不但可能缺席前5輪的比賽 ，甚至有極大的可能缺席第一階段6到14輪的9場比賽 ，至於第二階段和第三階段能否回來 ，自然也是未知數 。
