A small puppy was among those rescued after a powerful earthquake struck central and southern Italy.
Ulysses was pulled from a pile of rubble in Norcia on Tuesday, where firefighters searched for the injured in the wake of Sunday's 6.6-magnitude quake.

The quake, which decimated buildings and filled streets with rubble, came only months after 298 people lost their lives in an earthquake in central Italy this August.
Last month, a golden retriever named Romeo was rescued from rubble nine days after that initial earthquake hit. Dogs also helped rescue trapped children from the debris.
