10月28日 ，河北中超河北隊發布消息 ，队官队月由於資金困難 ，证费节放假梯隊從11月3日起開始放假 。实拖
由於眾所周知的欠电困難 ，河北足球俱樂部訓練基地近期無法按時繳納電費 。约成為節省訓練基地運營支出成本 ，本多我俱樂部擬決定04 、支梯05 、日起08 、河北09年齡段4支梯隊於11月3日開始放假。队官队月其中 ，证费节放假05梯隊暫定於11月底——12月初參加青超聯賽 。实拖06梯隊由於比賽原因暫定於11月5日開始放假並於11月27日參加青超聯賽總決賽 。欠电07梯隊暫定於11月3日前往揚州參加“大運河杯”比賽 ，约成比賽結束後開始放假 。
在此 ，河北足球俱樂部由衷感謝固安縣馮斌縣長、陳曉偉副縣長一直以來在各級梯隊球員入學 、學籍管理，以及基地硬件升級 、疫情防控等方麵給與我俱樂部的大力支持，由衷感謝牛駝供電所相關領導對我俱樂部的理解 ，在如此艱難之時給予我俱樂部的大力幫助，確保基地正常的電力保障。我們將籌措資金盡快繳納電費 ，並要求各梯隊教練員 、球員以良好的競技風貌回報各級領導和球迷朋友對我們的關心。
