對於人員安排 ，缺阵萊科表示球隊一直踢的实力是團隊足球 ，“外援的下降希望下场缺陣確實讓我們的實力有所下降 ，但我們也有其他同樣有能力的表现球員 ，今天在場上年輕球員表現出了強勢和水平 ，希望他們在下一場比賽表現得更好 。”
