2021年4月8日，重庆转中超重慶兩江競技足球俱樂部官方宣布從上海申花簽約三名球員，队官孫凱、宣签陳釗轉會加盟 ，约申蔣聖龍則為租借 。孙凯
重慶隊官方公告如下 ：
目前 ，陈钊新賽季轉會窗持續 ，蒋圣借各支球隊都在為2021賽季招兵買馬，龙租擴充實力。重庆转重慶兩江競技足球俱樂部的队官各項工作正有序展開 ，球隊正在廣東東莞進行賽季前備戰拉練 。宣签俱樂部備戰 、约申補強等工作也在如期進行中 。孙凯
按照俱樂部階段性部署和規劃的陈钊要求 ，教練組 、蒋圣借技術團隊考慮完善陣容厚度需要，球員孫凱 、陳釗 、蔣聖龍正式加盟重慶兩江競技足球俱樂部 ，其中孫凱與陳釗為轉會 ，蔣聖龍為租借 。
2021賽季 ，希望三位隊員能夠盡快融入球隊形成戰鬥力 ，團結一致為重慶兩江競技貢獻付出 ，實現價值 。
