即使加入了張玉寧 、徐新吳曦和張琳芃 ，媒体揚科維奇的人U软肋這支球隊 ，依然存在很大軟肋 ，国足尤其中場組織無法解決 ，不知道他哪來的自信 ，要跟日本韓國掰手腕 。
之前的迪拜杯上 ，U23國家隊，最大的問題就是中場組織 ，幾名後腰無論怎麽搭配 ，都是失誤率極高 ，串聯不起來 ，現在加入了吳曦，但一方麵吳曦就不是組織型，他更擅長穿插兩個禁區射門；另一方麵他這邊控不住，另外一個無論誰來跟他搭檔 ，都無法解決組織問題 。至於戴偉浚 ，更是個突擊型 ，組織不是他的特點 。
在我看來，U23國足需要的是徐新 ，不知道這幾個超齡球員 ，是揚科維奇自己選的 ，還是足協給選的。
如果中場沒有組織 ，難道揚科維奇要贏高舉高打 ，靠張玉寧和郭田雨來衝擊對手 ？
