People who say the wildlife in Britain isn't dangerous are, quite frankly, wrong.
They've clearly never come face-to-face with a surly swan.

It's unclear why exactly the swan decided to sit in the middle of the road. It's possible that it was feeling unwell, but it's equally possible it was just going out of its way to make life difficult for the innocent humans of Rotherham.
Either way, Kershaw said the RSPCA and the police had been contacted.
