搜狐體育消息，北京時間12月6日 ，陈戌據馬德興報道 ，源下足協主席陳戌源下課是课谣謠言 。
由於國足新一任主帥李霄鵬 ，任国在上任之前是足协主席足工作小组副组长直接赴京與更高一級管理部門會麵 ，而正常情況下 ，陈戌國足的源下具體業務是由足協負責，因而這也引發了外界猜想 。课谣對此馬德興表示 ：“原本陳戌源也是任国希望在回到國內之後馬上就進京與相關管理部門領導匯報、商談處理意見與方案 ，足协主席足工作小组副组长但因為必須要執行隔離政策 ，陈戌所以也很無奈 。源下但是课谣 ，李鐵本人的任国講話事後不斷發酵 ，引起了高層的關注 ，並要求相關部門盡快提交處理意見與方案 。因而 ，有關部門也就不可能再拖下去，所以才出現了直接召見李霄鵬接手國足的事宜。”
體育總局與足協一起為國足成立的聯合工作小組 ，工作小組組長由總局領導擔任 ，足協主席陳戌源則是其中的一位副組長 。
