知名轉會記者羅馬諾表示 ，喜悦基耶利尼已經收到了兩份來自美職聯俱樂部的告别報價，其中一家是基耶将赛季末洛杉磯FC 。
基耶利尼現年37歲，利尼离开自2005-06賽季起效力於尤文圖斯 ，尤文跟隨球隊多年 ，是尤文昔日後防“BBC”的重要成員，至今已為斑馬軍團出戰559場比賽 。另外 ，基耶利尼也曾是意大利國家隊的中流砥柱 ，去年夏天他和博努奇搭檔的“後防二老”幫助藍衣軍團成功奪得歐洲杯冠軍 。遺憾的是，新科歐洲杯冠軍未能闖入2022卡塔爾世界杯正賽 。
